Village & Life’s Waterfront Village offer the same quality of services as a luxury hotel. With over 35 staff members, including managers, drivers & handymen, the Waterfront Village offers first-class housekeeping services, a central reception, concierge, security and luxury transfer services.
Guests are offered the following services:
- Reception
The reception area is located at the entrance to the Waterfront Village and is a welcoming space, furnished with couches and equipped with a computer for guests’ use. The front desk in the Waterfront Village operates seven days a week.
- Concierge service
A full concierge service is available where friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist guests with information and bookings regarding tours and attractions, airport transfers and car hire.
- Security
Our state of the art security system is a major feature of the Waterfront Village. The Waterfront Village is one of the most secure places to stay at, with full perimeter security and CCTV, access control at two main security entrances and video monitoring of entrances from your own apartment. Every apartment is fitted with an electronic safe for private use and the canal is also monitored by security in a rubber duck boat.
- Guest Amenities
All guests to the Waterfront Village are pampered by the luxury range of guest amenities.
- Housekeeping services
Village & Life housekeeping services are offered from Monday to Saturday between 09h00 and 17h00. Sundays between 09H00 and 14H30. Public Holidays on request.
- Laundry Services
We offer a laundry service from Monday to Saturday at an additional cost. All laundry received at the front desk by 08h30 will be returned to the guests by 17h00.
- Luxury car or transfer service
Chauffeur driven services in a fleet of luxury vehicles can be arranged. The drivers are well presented and deliver a professional and discreet service. Other transportation is also offered and we have a minibus for larger groups or families.

- Swimming Pools
The Waterfront Village has five swimming pools for guests to enjoy.
- Gym
The Quarterdeck gym is centrally located in our Waterfront Village. The facilities in the Quarterdeck gym include, state-of-the-art gym equipment, including 2 tread mills, bicycles, rowing machines and more.
- Meeting and Business facilities
Seating 6 delegates, the meeting at Waterfront Village reception is available for your convenience which reception can reserve for you.
- Breakfast
Vouchers for breakfast can be purchased from the Village & Life reception and redeemed in the mornings, between 6:30am and 11:00.
- Underground Parking
Guests are offered the facility of underground parking at The Waterfront Village and all apartments have at least one parking bay allocated to them.
- Spa Facilities
Guests at The Waterfront Village can enjoy a range of treatments and packages at the spa at The Bay Hotel and Camps Bay Retreat. The concierge at front desk can assist you with bookings.
